Holiday due to Spac3M0nk3y getting married

Well, we capped off Spac3M0nk3y's Bachelor Party with a bit of BF2. It was pretty good as we were consistently making best squad and aiding the team in winning. He got married on Saturday November 26th. Didn't get to play because we were so busy. I got to play a little bit last night. Ran into ****GuerillaDan**** again at the US_Hammer Division server. I played with him awhile back and it was the best teamwork ever. Didn't work out as well as he wasn't the squad leader but I did my thing as usual getting a Legion of Merit Ribbon and a handful of gold and silver medals. Will definitely get some in tonight!

Several battles on Nov. 23-24

The results have been mixed. Have had some really awesome games especially on the 23rd. Felt almost god-like sniping guys averaging 30 kills each game. Occasionally hitting some major armor whore games that make things not so since they just camp out. Been to sick to really document it all and play my finest. I managed to put up some numbers and gain several more rankings for the sniper rifle. I'm pretty close to getting into the top 60 and under range. Oh and picked the Special Forces expansion. It's alright I suppose. Spac3M0nk3y seems to be having hardware issues with it though. Although I think the expansion is cool and all, I find it off that they introduced the new weapon kits the the standard game. I'm sniping and all of the sudden my screen goes all haywire and it's like...uh...what the crap. Personally I think those additional items should be only for the Special Forces maps rather than your standard maps.

Battle on Nov. 19, 2005

Well it was just me playing alone today. I was in the US_Hammer Division server again. The games there seem to be a bit more challenging and exciting then other servers. Had some really good games playing purely medic. Picked up a couple of golds and a bronze. One game I topped 100 with 70 teamwork points. During this one battle, I had this awesome series of events where I dove in and shock paddled a guy and then revived 4 other guys around me. Very glad to have gotten my shock paddle on.

Battle on Friday Nov. 18, 2005

Spac3M0nk3y and myself (Flong) got to do some battling in the Slaughterhouse server. The battle was intense and we actually won and unbelievable game despite the US team armor whoring like no tomorrow. I also played around with the Spec Ops kit some more because I was getting fed up with all the armor. Got some pretty good C4 kills that Spac3M0nk3y applauded me for. I was up to my usual sniping and gained several ranks on the sniper leaderboard. I think I'm up to around 67 or 68 after tonights gaming. I later on ventured to the US Hammer Division server which I've been playing a whole lot of lately. Had some okay games. Once again ran into armor whores...(what can you expect). I did have a pretty good knife fight with a dude. No shock paddle kills tonight. I'm thinking about writing up a guide to shock paddle kills. Spac3M0nk3y always wonders how I can do it so well. I've shock paddled entire squads before so I must know something. I'll be working on some pointers and tips that might be of use.

Let's decide on our clan tag

Let's start coming up with possible clan tags that we can identify with. Does anyone know how many characters are acceptable? I was thinking about something like BlackHams if it fits.

Black Ham Members

I'm gonna need everyone's email address so I can add you to my team members. This basically means that you will have access to this blog and you will be able to make posts as well not just comments. We hope to use this blog to announce dates we play and recap our most glorious battles.

I created a blog for our Battlefield 2 'clan'

I eventually plan on moving this blog to my own site but for now, we can use this temporarily. I plan on showcasing all the team members with full feature profiles. Feel free to offer suggestions as I want this to be the grooviest, root-tootin' and boot scootin', 'clan' but not really 'clanlike' blog there is.
